Credits

When is a credit used?

Only when you export. Uploading and parsing resumes is free. A profile uses 1 credit the first time it's exported (PDF, Word, share link or Send to Bullhorn). Exporting it again is free until someone edits the profile. See How credits work.

Can I buy credits in the app?

No. Tell us how many credits you need in the chat (your name at the bottom left > Contact Support) and we'll add them. See Get more credits.

What happens when we run out?

You see "You've used all your credits" when you export. Profiles you already exported and haven't changed still export for free. See Out of credits, or "You've reached your CV parsing limit".

Do we get a warning before credits run out?

No. There's no low-credit alert. Owners and Admins can check the balance under Subscriptions in the user menu. On a trial, the count also shows in the user menu and on the export screen. See See how many credits you have left.

Can I see how many credits each user has used?

Not in the app. Credits are shared by the whole company, and Subscriptions shows the company total. Ask us in the chat if you need usage numbers.

Uploads and exports

Can I upload many resumes at once?

Yes. Pick or drop up to 50 files at once, each up to 25 MB. Each file becomes a new candidate. See Create a candidate by uploading a resume.

Can I export many resumes at once?

No. You export each resume from its own profile. See Export a resume as PDF or Word.

Can candidates upload or edit their own profile?

No. Your team creates and edits profiles in Candidately. Candidates can't log in to change them.

Can Resume Builder create cover letters?

No. Resume Builder creates formatted resumes from candidate profiles. It doesn't create cover letters.

Look and layout

Can we make the resume look like our company template?

You set the look in two places. Your branding sets the header, footer, logo, font, colors and layout. Your candidate appearance sets which fields show and in which order. You can't upload your own Word or PDF template. See Set up your branding and Set up candidate templates (candidate appearance).

Can the header show only on the first page?

No. The header and footer images repeat on every page. See Change the resume layout, font and dates.

Can I export a resume without our logo?

Yes. Create a branding with no logo, header or footer, and pick it under Select branding when you export. There's no built-in "no branding" option. See Export a resume without your branding.

Bullhorn

If I edit a profile, does Bullhorn update too?

No. Send the resume to Bullhorn again from the export screen. See Save a resume to Bullhorn.
