Who it's for: Owners, Admins and Members. Before you start: your company has Bullhorn connected, and the candidate is linked to a Bullhorn record (created or imported from Bullhorn).
Credits: Sending to Bullhorn uses a credit the same way a download does: 1 credit the first time you export a profile. Sending it again is free until someone edits the profile.
Steps
Open the candidate and the profile. A Bullhorn candidate shows an orange Bullhorn button (Open in Bullhorn) next to Edit, and a BULLHORN CANDIDATE DATA (INTERNAL) block with the Bullhorn ID and email.
Click Export, then Download PDF or Download DOC. The Export candidate screen opens.
Check the branding, candidate appearance and file name on the right.
Click Send to Bullhorn at the bottom of the screen.
Result
You see "Profile has been sent to Bullhorn". In Bullhorn, the resume shows on the candidate's Files tab, with the file name you set and the file type from your Bullhorn settings (see below).
Set the file type in Bullhorn
An Owner can pick which Bullhorn file type the resume gets, so your team finds it in the right place.
Click your name at the bottom left, then Settings.
Under Integrations, click Bullhorn.
Under Export candidate profile to Bullhorn, pick a type in Set file type, for example Formatted Resume. The list shows your own Bullhorn file types.
Troubleshooting
No Send to Bullhorn button: the candidate isn't linked to a Bullhorn record, or your company doesn't have Bullhorn connected. To link a candidate, import it from Bullhorn. See Import a candidate from Bullhorn.
The button says "Send to Bullhorn - Connection failed": your Bullhorn connection was lost. You can still download the resume. An Owner can reconnect in Settings > Bullhorn.
"Profile could not be sent to Bullhorn": try again in a minute. Still stuck? Send us a message in the chat with the candidate's name.
Common questions
If I edit the profile in Candidately, does Bullhorn update too?
No. Edits stay in Candidately. Send the resume again to put the new version in Bullhorn.
Can I send a Word file?
Yes. Open the export screen with Download DOC, then click Send to Bullhorn.
