Who it's for: Owners, Admins and Members, on a plan with Resume Builder (the free trial too). Before you start: the candidate needs a profile. The first export of a profile uses 1 credit.
Steps
Click Candidates in the left menu, then open the candidate on the All candidates tab.
On the Profiles tab, hover over the profile and click Open.
Click Export, then Download PDF for a PDF, or Download DOC for a Word (.docx) file.
The Export candidate screen opens, with a preview on the left. Under Configure the export, check the branding, the candidate appearance (resume template), the candidate representative (optional) and the file name.
Click Download PDF at the bottom right. For Word, the button says Download DOCX.
Result
The file downloads to your computer with the name shown under Set file name for export. By default that's your brand name, the candidate's name and their job title.
Credits: A profile uses 1 credit the first time you export it: as PDF, Word, a share link or sent to Bullhorn. Exporting it again is free until someone edits its content. Then the next export uses 1 credit. Credits are shared by your whole company.
