Share your available candidates with many clients on one branded list.

Talent Marketplace

Put your available candidates on one branded list and share it with many clients. Each client sees only their own requests and messages.

What is Talent Marketplace?

Create a list, add a candidate, make it live and send it to a client. This is the whole flow once, start to finish.

Share your first marketing list in 10 minutes

When you share a marketing list, your client gets a branded page with your candidates. They don't need an account or a password.

What your clients see and can do

What each role can do with marketing lists. Owners and Admins set up the company defaults; everyone else works on the lists.

Who can do what in Talent Marketplace

What Talent Marketplace is, what clients see, and your first list.

Get started

A marketing list is the page your clients see. Create one per group of candidates, for example by skill, location or availability.

Create a marketing list

Upload one or more CVs to a marketing list. Candidately reads each CV and creates the candidate profile for you.

Add candidates by uploading CVs

Bring a candidate from Bullhorn onto a marketing list without downloading and uploading their CV.

Add candidates from Bullhorn

Candidates already in Candidately can go onto a marketing list without a new upload.

Add candidates from your candidate database or Candidate Search AI

No CV yet? Fill in the profile by hand and put the candidate on the list.

Add a candidate without a CV

Each candidate on a list has a status. Only Active candidates are visible to clients.

Draft, Active and Inactive candidates

Change what clients see on a candidate, from job title to skills. The AI recruiter note gives you a summary to start from.

Edit a candidate profile and the AI recruiter note

Put your strongest candidates at the top, so clients see them first.

Change the order of candidates on your list

Take a candidate off a list, delete them, or put them on a second list.

Remove, delete or copy a candidate to another list

Create a marketing list and add candidates from CVs, Bullhorn or your database.

Build your list

Hide names, employers and other details from clients, so they can't go around you to the candidate.

Anonymize candidates on a list

Change what clients see for one candidate, different from the rest of the list. For example, show one candidate's full name.

Hide or show data for one candidate

A candidate appearance decides which fields show on a profile, for example a full or an anonymized profile. You pick one per list.

Choose which fields clients see

Decide whether clients can download candidate profiles and files, or only read them in the browser.

Let clients download files or only view them

Choose what clients see about each candidate.

Anonymize and control candidate data

Send your list to one or many client contacts. Each contact gets an email with a personal link, so they don't need a password.

Share a marketing list with clients by email

What clients see when they search and filter your marketing list, and the list settings that control it.

How clients search a marketing list

List access decides two things: who can open the list, and how clients get to the full CV.

Choose who can open your list and see CVs

See your list the way a client sees it, and copy its link to send it yourself, for example in a newsletter or from your own email.

Copy the link and preview your list

Show your logo, cover image and brand name on the list, so clients see your agency, not Candidately.

Brand your list

Show your lists on your own address, like candidates.youragency.com, and give clients one page with every list you've shared with them.

Use your own web address and the client portal

Save the emails you send with your lists, so you don't write them each time.

Create and edit email templates

Send your list, choose who can open it, and brand it.

Share with clients

On lists where CVs need to be requested, clients ask for the full CV and you decide when to reveal it.

Reveal a CV when a client requests it

Clients can ask to interview a candidate or turn them down, right on the list. You get an email either way.

Interview requests and declines

Clients can message you about any candidate. Each conversation is between you and one client, about one candidate.

Messages from clients and who receives them

Know when a client opens your list and which candidates they looked at, so you can follow up at the right time.

See who viewed your list and candidates

Candidately can email clients when you add or remove candidates, and remind them about candidates they haven't looked at yet.

Keep clients updated: list update emails and automated follow-ups

Clients can pass your list on to colleagues, for example a hiring manager. Those colleagues get their own access.

When a client forwards your list

Handle CV and interview requests, client messages and list updates.

Requests, messages and follow-up

Keep a marketing list in step with Bullhorn, for example with everyone on your "Available now" tearsheet.

Add and remove candidates automatically with Automations

Shares, messages, CV requests, interviews and declines on your lists become notes on the candidate in Bullhorn.

Write client activity to Bullhorn as notes

Link a list to a job in Bullhorn, so statuses go back and forth and the list follows the job.

Connect a marketing list to a Bullhorn job

Fill lists from Bullhorn and keep Bullhorn up to date.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
