Published link panel with Copy URL and "Link expires in 30 days" (link blurred)

Result

The panel shows "Candidate profile published", the link and how many days it has left. View candidate link opens the profile as your client sees it. The profile page shows "This profile is published" with the days left, Unpublish and View candidate link.

Banner "This profile is published (Link expires in 30 days)" with Unpublish

Credits: Sharing counts as an export. The panel says 1 credit per link; you're only charged once per profile until it's edited. If you already exported the profile and nobody edited it since, sharing is free.

Change, extend or stop the link

  • Change what the client sees: open Share candidate again and pick another branding or candidate appearance. The link your client has updates right away.

  • Keep it open longer: from day 10, the panel shows Extend. Extending starts a new 30 days.

  • Stop sharing: click Unpublish in the panel or on the profile page. Anyone who opens the link then sees "The profile you're trying to access is not available."

Good to know

  • After 30 days the link stops working. You then see "This profile's sharing link has expired" with Extend on the profile.

  • Extending follows the same credit rule: free unless the profile was edited since its last charged export.

  • A link shares one candidate. To share several candidates on one page, you need Client Portal.

Common questions

  • How long does a shared link work? 30 days. Extend it from day 10 to start a new 30 days.

  • Does a share link use a credit? Only if the profile hasn't been exported since it was last edited.

  • Can I take a link back? Yes. Click Unpublish.
