Who it's for: Anyone in your company can ask. Credits are added for the whole company.
You can't buy credits inside the app. A person from our team sets them up for you.
Steps
Open the chat in one of these ways:
Click your name at the bottom left, then Contact Support.
On the export screen, click Talk to sales next to "Need more credits?" (trial accounts).
On the Subscriptions page, click Talk to sales next to "Need more credits?" (Owners and Admins).
If you've run out, click Talk to sales in the "You've used all your credits" message.
Tell us how many credits you need, and whether it's once or every month or year.
Talk to sales opens the chat with the message "I am interested in buying more Resume Builder credits" already filled in.
What happens next
We add the credits to your account. The new credits show on the Subscriptions page under AI Resume builder > Available credits. Everyone in your company can use them right away.

We don't publish prices in the help center. Tell us your volume and we'll give you the options for your company.
You can add credits at any time, also before your plan renews.
Credits that come with your plan expire at the end of the plan term. Extra credits our team adds don't expire. See How credits work.
