See how many credits you have left

Owners and Admins see the credits left on the Subscriptions page: click your name at the bottom left, then Subscriptions. On a trial, everyone also sees a counter in the user menu and on the export screen.

Who it's for: Owners and Admins on every plan. Members on a trial plan see the counter only.

Steps

  1. Click your name at the bottom left to open the user menu.

  2. Click Subscriptions.

  3. Find AI Resume builder > Available credits. The page also shows your plan, for example "Resume Builder Trial".

Subscriptions page: Resume Builder Trial, Subscription credits card, Available credits 9 of 10

How to read it

Each card shows how many credits are left out of how many you got, for example "9 of 10".

What it is

Subscription credits

Credits that come with your plan, and your trial credits

Promotional credits

Extra credits our team added for you

If credits on a card expire, the card shows the date ("Expire on: …").

Other places you see your credits (trial only)

  • The user menu shows a counter, for example "9 / 10 credits remaining".

User menu with the "9 / 10 credits remaining" counter highlighted
  • The bottom of the export screen shows "You have 9/10 credits remaining".

Export screen footer: credits remaining and "Need more credits? Talk to sales"

On a paid plan these counters don't show. Use Subscriptions.

Good to know

  • Members don't see the Subscriptions page. On a paid plan, ask an Owner or Admin for the balance.

  • Credits are shared by your whole company, so the number goes down when anyone exports a new or edited profile.

  • After your plan renews, credits from the last term are gone and the new term's credits show.

Common questions

My balance looks wrong after the renewal.

Plan credits expire at the end of each term, and the new term's credits replace them. If the number still looks wrong, ask us in the chat.

How many credits have we used?

The card shows what's left out of the total, for example "9 of 10" means 1 used.
