Set up your branding

Your branding sets how exported resumes look: logo, header and footer images, layout, font and colors. Set it up under user menu > Settings > Branding. You can have several brandings, for example one per office or one without your logo.

Who it's for: Owners and Admins. Members can pick a branding when they export, but can't change it. Before you start: have your logo and your header and footer images ready. Sizes are in Put your logo on resumes.

Steps

  1. Open the user menu (your name, bottom left) and click Settings.

  2. Under General, click Branding.

  3. Pick the branding you want to change in the list at the top. A new account starts with one branding called "Default", with a sample header and footer. The default branding has a Default tag.

  4. Enter a Branding name and the Company/Brand display name. The display name replaces your company name for this branding, for example in the export file name.

  5. Upload your Brand Logo Avatar, Resume header and Resume footer. Each image opens a Crop dialog and saves right away. See Put your logo on resumes.

  6. Under Candidate profile layout, choose the layout, font, dates and what to show. See Change the resume layout, font and dates.

  7. Under Candidate profile colors, set your colors. Each color has a live preview. Set back to default undoes a color.

  8. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. The bar there shows how many settings you changed. Cancel drops your changes.

Result

"Branding successfully saved." appears. Every resume exported or shared with this branding uses it.

More than one branding

  • Create new branding opens a dialog. Enter a Branding name and click Create branding. The new branding starts empty: no logo, display name, header or footer. Set it up with the steps above.

  • Duplicate branding copies the branding you're on.

  • One branding is the default. It's preselected when anyone exports or shares, and shows Already set to default. To change it, open another branding and click Set as default branding.

  • Delete branding removes a branding. You can't delete the default branding.

  • When you export, pick the branding under Select branding. See Choose the branding, template and recruiter contact for an export.

Good to know

  • The Company/Brand display name is also the first part of the default file name of exported resumes. See Change the file name of an exported resume.

  • Image uploads save on their own. Everything else needs Save changes.
