Each board has its own theme. Open it from Settings → Jobs → Job boards → [your board] → Theme editor. It opens your live board in a new browser tab, with a Brand Settings panel on the right. Changes show on the page as you make them, but candidates only see them after you click Save.
Start here
Pick a preset (Cobalt, Haven, Circuit, Sienna, Meridian, Sterling or Forge) to start from, then adjust it.
Your brand
Agency name: shown in the header if you have no logo, and used as the default email sender name.
Logo (at least 64×64 px) and Logo height in pixels.
Favicon: the small icon in the browser tab. Square, at least 32×32 px.
Browser tab title: also used when candidates share your board.
Font.
Colors & buttons
Primary: buttons and links.
Page background: behind the job list.
Header and Accent bar (a thin coloured bar above the header).
Button style: Solid uses your Primary colour. Gradient blends two colours.
Button text color: white or near-black usually reads best.
Layout & shapes
Button shape, Card shape and Tag shape: Square, Rounded, Pill, or a custom radius in px.
Filters position: Top, Left, or Right.
Page content
Top banner: banner image (at least 2400×400 px), a short line above the title (e.g. "We're hiring"), title, subtitle, and a button. The button only shows if you fill in both the label and the link.
Job list: the jobs heading, the Apply button label, and how many tags each job card shows.
Header & footer
Header navigation: add links, for example back to your main website.
Footer: tagline, address, contact email and phone, up to 4 link columns, and copyright text.
Custom HTML & CSS: replaces the standard header and/or footer with your own HTML. Scripts, forms, event handlers and CSS @import aren't supported. Your normal header and footer settings are kept and come back if you turn custom HTML off.
Board behavior
Default sorting: Newest, Highest pay, or Lowest pay.
Candidately branding
Turn off Show "Powered by Candidately" to remove the credit from the footer.
Save and preview
Preview hides the panel so you see the board as candidates do. Click the round button at the bottom right to bring the panel back.
Discard undoes unsaved changes. Save publishes them.
