Put your logo on resumes

Your logo goes on resumes through your branding: upload it as the Brand Logo Avatar, or make it part of the Resume header and Resume footer images. Go to user menu > Settings > Branding.

Good to know

  • Resumes use the Brand Logo Avatar of the branding. The Company Logo Avatar under Settings > Company isn't used on resumes.

  • With Yes, display logo and no Brand Logo Avatar, the resume shows a square with the first letter of your company name.

  • The header and footer images repeat on every page of the PDF.

Tip: For a letterhead look, design the header image with your logo in it, at 1604 x 272 px or larger. Use the footer image for your address or website.

Troubleshooting

  • Your image is smaller than the minimum size: use a larger version of your logo, for example from your designer or your brand files.

  • The file is too big: each image can be up to 5 MB. Save a smaller copy and upload that.

  • The logo doesn't show on the resume: check that the branding has a Brand Logo Avatar and that Display company logo isn't set to No, hide logo. Then check that you picked this branding under Select branding when you exported.
