Who can do this: anyone who can open the list.

Every job submission list starts with your company defaults. In List configuration you can change them for one list without touching any other list.

List appearance

  • Branding: the theme for this list. Default marks your company's main one.

  • List header style: User focused (list owner), Company focused or Company only (no list owner).

  • Company/Brand display name and Domain.

  • Logo and cover images for desktop and mobile, for this list only.

Client notifications

  • Default notification preference for clients you share with: Unsubscribed, Subscribed to list updates, or Subscribed to list updates & Automated follow-ups.

  • Email clients when a candidate is added, and when one is removed (two switches).

  • Automatic follow-up when a client hasn't looked at new candidates: when the first one goes out, how often it repeats and how many times.

Follow-ups aren't sent on weekends. Days count in the list owner's time zone. See Client emails: list updates and automatic follow-ups.

Submission stages

The stages on this list, with Label, Color and Icon. To review, Interview and Declined are fixed. Add your own with Add new stage, then click Save changes.

CV requested and CV revealed are fixed too, but only show when the list's access requires CV requests. See Change the stages: company default and per list.

Automations (Beta)

Update the list automatically from Bullhorn, for example when a candidate is added to a tearsheet. See Update a list automatically from Bullhorn.

Candidate data control

What clients see of every candidate on this list:

  • Candidate name: the primary name (for example full name or initials only) and an optional secondary line (for example job title)

  • Original CV / Resume, Phone, Email and Candidate location: show or hide each

When you change these, you choose whether they apply to all candidates already on the list or only to new ones. You can override this for single candidates with Control candidate data on the candidate. See Hide or anonymize candidate data.

Good to know

  • Changes apply to this list only. Settings on the General tab save as soon as you change them.

  • To change what new lists start with, see Default settings for new lists.

  • List access can also be changed in Share your list. It saves as soon as you pick a level.

  • If the list is connected to a Bullhorn job, the list header shows "Connected to job in Bullhorn" with Manage connections.
