Who can do this: Owners, Admins and Members.
You can type a job in yourself, with no Bullhorn needed. To start from a Bullhorn job order instead, see Import a job from Bullhorn.
Create the job
Click Job boards in the left menu, then Create job.
Click Create manually.
Enter the Job title and the Description.
Under Board, pick the board the job goes on. Every job goes on exactly one board.
Fill in what candidates use to decide: location, work mode, employment type and salary.
Click Save changes.
The job is saved as a Draft. Candidates can't see it yet.
Publish the job
You see Job status updated and the job shows Live. Click View live job to see it the way candidates do.
If your board takes jobs offline automatically, the job's Job details tab shows the date it will be paused.
Required fields
A job needs a title, a description and an employment type to go live. If something's missing, the message names it.
Add a location too. It isn't required to publish, but candidates filter by it, and job sites need it for your XML feed.
Other options on a job
Pin on board keeps the job at the top of the public board.
Job owner and Assignees show who's working the role. The owner can show on the job page if the board allows it.
Clients, Contacts and Tags help your team find and group jobs. Candidates never see clients or contacts.
Confidentiality can mark a job as Confidential client, so your team knows not to name the client in the ad.
Options > Application form picks a different application form for this job only. Otherwise the board's form is used.
