See how your jobs perform

See how often your board and jobs are viewed, and how views turn into applications.

Written by Jan Alexander Jedlinski

Who can do this: Everyone with access to the Job Board.

Product: Job Board

Where: Job Board, and a job's Job details tab

Candidately counts how often candidates view your board and your jobs, so you can see which jobs get attention and which need a push.

Views on the Job Board page

  1. Click Job Board in the left menu.

  2. The Views card at the top shows how often your board and jobs were viewed in the last 7 days. Before the first view it shows 0 and No views yet.

  3. In the jobs table, the Views (7D) column shows each job's views in the last 7 days. Click the column header to sort by it.

Views on a job

  1. Open a job. Next to the tabs you see its last 7 days, for example Last 7 days · No views.

  2. Open the Job details tab. The Performance section is at the top.

  3. Switch between 7 days, 30 days and All time. Daily views shows a chart of views per day.

Under the chart you see when the job went live and how many days it has been on the board.

What counts as a view

  • A view is a candidate opening your board or one of your job pages.

  • Views from your own team and from bots aren't counted.

  • Drafts show no numbers, because they aren't on the board yet.

Troubleshooting

My job shows no views

Views count from the moment a job is live on the public board. Check that the job is Live, then open it on the public board from another browser where you're not signed in to Candidately. Your own views aren't counted.

Still stuck? Send us a message in the chat with the job title.

Pro tip: A job with plenty of views but no applications usually needs a clearer title or a shorter application form. Click Refresh on the job to move it back to the top of the board.
