Getting access to a list

  • Owners and Admins can open every list in the company.

  • A Member sees a list once they're its List owner, are added under Assignees, or the list owner is in their team.

  • For any other list, a Member can ask for access. See Request access to a colleague's list.

Client portal seats

Depending on your plan, each user who works on job submission lists needs a Client portal seat. Owners and Admins assign seats in Settings > Users. A user without a seat sees a Client portal (Job submissions) page marked "No seat assigned", asking them to contact their administrator.

Taking a seat away removes that user from all job submission lists. Reassign their lists first.

Good to know

  • Your clients are not users of your account. They only see the lists you share with them.

  • The Client Portal has to be part of your plan. Without it, Job submission lists shows an overview page with Book a demo. Ask us in the chat if you'd like to add it.
