Who it's for: recruiters and account managers who submit candidates to clients. The Client Portal is part of your plan. If Job submission lists opens an overview page with Book a demo, it isn't in your plan yet. Ask us in the chat.
The Client Portal is where you send candidates for an open job to your client. You share one branded list per job, your client reviews the candidates, moves them through stages, asks for CVs and interviews, and messages you about each one.
How it works
In Candidately, a Client Portal list is called a job submission list.
Create a job submission list for the job, usually one list per open role.
Add candidates. Upload CVs, import from Bullhorn or add people from your candidate database.
Review and activate. New candidates usually start as Draft. Check each profile, then set it Active. Clients only see active candidates.
Share the list with one or more contacts at the client by email, or copy the link.
Your client works on the list. They open profiles, request a CV, request an interview, decline a candidate or move them to another stage. You get an email when they request a CV or an interview, decline a candidate or send a message.
Work together. Everyone at the client who has the list sees each other's requests and messages. You reply from the candidate's Messenger.
What your client gets
A list in your branding, opened with a link from their email. No password: they confirm their email address and they're in.
A stage column (To review, Interview, Declined and any stages you add) to track where each candidate is.
A Messenger on every candidate to ask questions and give feedback.
The client portal: under All Lists they find every list you've shared with them, old and new.
Where to find it
Click Job submission lists in the menu on the left (the first icon). Your lists show on the left, with search and tabs for Name, Client and Status.
