Who can do this: anyone who can edit the list connects it. Whoever manages the Bullhorn integration sets the status mappings.
Link a list to a job in Bullhorn, so statuses go back and forth and the list follows the job.
Connect the list
You connect from the job in Bullhorn, using the Candidately tab on jobs (an Owner sets it up under Settings > Integrations > Bullhorn > Custom tab on jobs).
In Bullhorn, open the job and click the Candidately tab.
Under Connect an existing list, choose your marketing list.
Click Continue.
The list then shows the job under List configuration > General > Connected jobs. Click Disconnect there to undo it.
What the connection does
Set in Settings > Integrations > Bullhorn > Status mappings:
Candidately > Bullhorn: when a candidate's status changes in Candidately, the job submission status in Bullhorn changes too. For example Candidate status: Interview > Interview Scheduled, Candidate status: Declined > Client Rejected. You can also add a note each time.
Bullhorn > Candidately: pick Bullhorn submission statuses that set the candidate Inactive on the list.
Job status mapping: when the job is closed in Bullhorn, the list is archived.
Good to know
Moving a candidate to a new stage in Candidately doesn't always update Bullhorn. Check the mapping if a status didn't come through.
With Global candidate search off, you can only import Bullhorn candidates on lists connected to a job.
