Who can do this: Owners and Admins on any list. Members on lists they own or are assigned to, and on lists owned by someone in their team. Your company needs Bullhorn connected.
Bring a candidate from Bullhorn onto a job submission list without downloading and uploading their CV. On a list connected to a Bullhorn job, this also creates the submission in Bullhorn.
Steps
Open the list.
Click Add candidate, then Import candidate from Bullhorn.
Find the candidate:
On a list connected to a Bullhorn job, you see Import candidate from connected job in Bullhorn with the candidates already on that job. Use Filter by status to narrow them down. To find someone who isn't on the job yet, switch on Search all candidates in Bullhorn.
On a list that isn't connected, search by Bullhorn ID, name or email.
Click the candidate.
Choose what to import:
Import from Candidately database: click Select next to a profile the candidate already has in Candidately.
Import from Bullhorn candidate files: click Select next to the CV in Bullhorn.
What happens next
The candidate appears on the list with their Bullhorn ID ("BH ID") and an Open in Bullhorn button. Like any new candidate, they start as Draft or Active depending on the list setting Candidate upload status.
On a list connected to a job, Bullhorn gets a new submission for the candidate on that job. When you later set the candidate active or move them to a stage, the submission status in Bullhorn follows your status mapping. For example, Interview becomes Interview Scheduled.
On a list that isn't connected to a job, nothing is written to Bullhorn.
Good to know
To connect a list to a job, create it from the CLIENT PORTAL tab on the job in Bullhorn. See Create a list from a Bullhorn job and import candidates automatically.
Stages you added yourself, such as Offer or Hired, don't change the status in Bullhorn. Only the stages in your Bullhorn status mapping do. See Map submission stages to Bullhorn statuses.
If the search on an unconnected list finds nobody, your company may have Global candidate search turned off. Your account Owner can change it under Settings > Integrations > Bullhorn.
To add and remove candidates automatically, for example everyone on a tearsheet, use Automations. See Update a list automatically from Bullhorn.
