Who can do this: Owners and Admins.
Before you start: You need live jobs with a location on the board. Job distribution tools like Recruitics read the feed to advertise them.
Turn on the feed
Each board has its own XML feed. You turn it on and send its address to your provider.
Prefer to click through it? Follow the interactive tour: it takes about a minute.
Go to Settings > Jobs > Job boards, open your board and click the Job feed tab.
Under Publish an XML feed for job distribution, select Yes.
Check Feed fields. Each row is one XML tag. The Standard set works for most providers, so you can usually leave it.
Click Save feed.
Click Copy next to Feed URL and send it to your provider.
Your feed is live. The Feed check on the right shows how many jobs are in it.
Change what the feed sends
If your provider asks for other tags, edit the rows.
Pick a job field or a Bullhorn job order field, then type the XML tag. A rate field sends the amount or range with its currency and period.
Add field adds a row. Fixed text sends the same value for every job.
Date format switches between RFC 822 and ISO 8601.
Pick a Preview job to see the values, or click See the XML.
Reset to standard puts the standard tags back. Nothing changes in the live feed until you click Save feed.
Note: Tell your provider before you rename a tag, because their import may rely on it.
Check the feed
Only live jobs on that board are in the feed, and a job needs a full location: a city and a country, plus a state for US jobs. A remote job only needs a country. Feed check lists any problems. Click See the jobs to open the list of jobs left out, each with its reason, like No city in the location. Click a job to open it. The job's own Job details tab also says why it isn't in the feed. Open live feed shows the file your provider reads.
Pausing or closing a job removes its ads. Providers like Recruitics read the feed a few times a day.
Keep the feed address private
Anyone with the address can read the feed. If it gets out, click Regenerate URL, confirm, and send the new address to your provider. The old address stops working right away.

Check it's live. Open the job's Job details tab: if the location is incomplete, a note says what's missing. Edit the job and pick the location from the suggestions. Feed check also lists every job left out, for example "No city in the location".

Click Reset to standard, then Save feed. Or ask your provider which tags they expect.

Bullhorn job order fields in your feed are still being fetched. This is retried on its own once Bullhorn is connected. Check Connection successful in the Bullhorn settings.
