Our team deletes Candidately accounts on request. There is no delete button in the app.
How do I request account deletion?
Click the chat icon at the bottom right, or email [email protected].
Use the subject line "Delete my Candidately account".
Include the details in the next section.
Result: we reply to confirm the request and the next steps.
What to send us
Your company name
The email you log in with
Whether you want to delete the whole company account or only your own user
Whether you also want to cancel your subscription
Only want to remove one person?
Owners and Admins can remove a user themselves in Settings > Users. See Invite, change and remove users.
