Who it's for: anyone who shares marketing lists.

Clients can ask to interview a candidate or turn them down, right on the list. You get an email either way.

When a client requests an interview

  • The client clicks Request interview and can add times that suit them.

  • You get an email: "An interview was requested for this candidate. Proposed interview times: …".

  • The candidate shows the status Interview for that client.

Reply in the conversation, or reply to the email. Your answer reaches the client in their messages and by email.

When a client declines

  • The client clicks Decline and has to give a reason.

  • You get an email: "Your candidate was declined. Decline reason: …".

  • The candidate shows the status Declined for that client.

Good to know

  • Statuses are per client. One client can decline a candidate while another asks for an interview.

  • You can change a client's status yourself in the request view: Set to "CV requested", "CV revealed", "Interview", "Declined" or Remove status.

  • Arranging the interview itself happens outside Candidately, by message, email or phone.
