Who can do this: anyone who can edit the list.
On lists where CVs need to be requested, clients ask for the full CV and you decide when to reveal it.
How you find out
You get an email: "[Job title]'s CV was requested on Candidately", with the client's company and name.
On the list, the candidate shows the request with Contact, Company, Date requested and the status CV requested.
Steps
Open the list and click CV requested on the client's row.
Check the profile and the conversation on the right.
Click Reveal CV / Resume at the bottom right, or Reveal CV in the conversation.
Click Reveal CV to confirm.
What happens next
Candidately shows "Candidate revealed successfully" and the status changes to CV revealed. The client gets an email ("The CV you requested was revealed!") and sees the full profile and CV. The CV file appears in the conversation.
Good to know
Revealing only applies to that client. Other clients still have to ask.
Not ready to reveal? Send the client a message first, or change the status with the status menu: Set to "Interview", Set to "Declined" or Remove status.
Changing the status to Interview or Declined doesn't reveal the CV.
