Who can do this: anyone who can edit the list.
List access decides two things: who can open the list, and how clients get to the full CV.
Steps
Open the list and click List configuration > General.
Under List access, open the menu and choose an option.
The change saves straight away ("Shared list has been updated"). The icon next to the list status shows the current setting; hover over it to read it.

New lists start with "Verification for CV access required" (anyone with the link, CV after email confirmation).
Which one to pick
Anonymous marketing to many clients: an option with CVs need to be requested. You see who's interested before anyone gets the full CV.
Only clients you've chosen: an INVITE ONLY option.
Open showcase, for example on your website: ANYONE WITH THE LINK.
Good to know
"CV" here means the full profile and the original file. What clients see before that depends on candidate data control.
Contacts confirm their email with a login link, no password.
