What your clients see and can do

Who it's for: anyone who shares marketing lists and wants to know what the client gets. Useful when a client asks you how it works.

When you share a marketing list, your client gets a branded page with your candidates. They don't need an account or a password.

Opening the list

  • Your client gets an email from your company with a View Candidates button. The button logs them in, so they don't need a password.

  • The first time, they confirm their email on an Is this you? screen and click Yes, this is me.

  • A short tour shows them around on the first visit.

  • If they open the list from a plain link without logging in, they see a Confirm your email box. They enter their email address and get a login link.
