Talent Marketplace lets you put your available candidates on one branded list and share it with many clients. Each client browses the candidates, asks for CVs or interviews and messages you, without seeing what other clients do.
How it works
In Candidately, a Talent Marketplace list is called a marketing list.
Create a marketing list. Give it a name, choose your branding and how much candidate detail clients see.
Add candidates. Upload CVs, import from Bullhorn or add people from your candidate database.
Anonymize. Show candidates by job title instead of name, hide employer names, keep the original CV private. You decide per list and per candidate.
Share the list. Send it to client contacts by email or copy the link.
Clients respond. They open profiles, request a CV, request an interview, decline or send you a message. You get an email for each.
Keep it up to date. Add and remove candidates at any time. Clients who subscribed get an email when the list changes.

Candidately has two kinds of lists. Pick the one that fits who you're sharing with.

Where to find it
Click the megaphone icon (Marketing lists) in the menu on the left. Your lists are on the left, with search and tabs for Name, Client and Status.
