Candidate Search AI works in Candidately and in Bullhorn. It doesn't connect to other ATSs yet. More ATS integrations are coming.

Who this is for: agencies that use an ATS other than Bullhorn, or no ATS. Candidate Search AI needs to be on your plan. If you see a lock on AI Search, see Why is AI Search locked or not available?

Where Candidate Search AI works

  • In Candidately: on the All candidates page, with AI Search selected in the toggle.

  • In Bullhorn: if your Bullhorn account is connected to Candidately.

If you use another ATS

Candidate Search AI can't search your ATS database. It only searches the candidates in your Candidately account.

To search candidates today, upload their resumes or import them into Candidately. They become searchable once their profile is created.

More ATS integrations are coming. Want to know when yours is ready? Ask us in the chat.

What works without Bullhorn

  • Plain-language search on the All candidates page.

  • The Filters sidebar: Skills & Competencies, Location, Employment History, Job Title and AI Search Context.

  • The relevance score and AI Summary on every result.

  • Copy Search URL to keep a search or share it with colleagues.

  • Add to Shortlist, Add to List and Hide from search with Bulk actions. Shortlist and hide also work from each result card.
