Who can do this: Any candidate who has confirmed an application on your board. There's no password.
Every candidate who confirms an application gets a portal on your board. It lists their applications and the status of each, in the wording you chose.
What candidates see
The portal lists every job the candidate applied to on your boards, with the status and the date. When you move an applicant to another status, their portal updates.
The status shows the candidate-facing label you set for it, like "Application received" instead of "New". Changing a status doesn't email the candidate. They see it when they sign in.
View an application
View application shows what the candidate sent: their details, answers and resume, which they can download. It's a copy of the application at the time they applied.
Candidates can't edit or withdraw an application. If they need to, they contact you.
Sign in to the portal
Confirming an application signs the candidate in. To come back later:
The candidate clicks Sign in on your board. If your board uses your website's own header, the button sits where you placed it and shows My applications once they're signed in.
They enter their email address.
They click the link in the email we send.
They're now signed in and see their applications. The link works once and expires after 30 minutes.
Good to know
Jobs a candidate saved on this browser move to their account when they sign in.
Signed-in candidates see Applied with the status on job cards, and You applied on on the job page.
The board's standard header has the sign-in button built in. With your website's own header, you place it yourself in the theme editor.
