Are candidates notified when I share them with a client?

No. Candidately doesn't email candidates about lists. Only you, your colleagues and your client contacts get list emails.

Who it's for: anyone who shares lists with clients.

Product: Client Portal

Where: any job submission list

No. Candidately doesn't email candidates when you add them to a list, share the list, change their stage or reveal their CV.

Who gets emails about a list?

What do my clients see about the candidate?

Clients see the profile as your list settings allow. In List configuration → Candidate data control you choose the name they see and whether Original CV / Resume, Phone, Email and Candidate location show. See Hide or anonymize candidate data.

What about Bullhorn?

On a list connected to a Bullhorn job, Candidately updates the candidate's job submission in Bullhorn. It doesn't email the candidate about it. If your company has set up automatic emails in Bullhorn, those are sent by Bullhorn, not by Candidately.

Pro tip: Want clients to contact candidates only through you? Turn off Phone, Email and Original CV / Resume in Candidate data control before you share.
