Who can do this: Anyone can send us a VAT number or currency request in the chat. Only Owners change the billing address: Admins see "You need to be the Owner of your company account to manage subscriptions." and Members don't see Subscriptions.

Product: All products

Where: the chat, or your name at the bottom left > Subscriptions > Change subscription for the billing address

To add or change your VAT number or invoice currency, send us a message in the chat. We update it in your billing setup. Owners can change the billing address themselves.

How do I add or change our VAT number?

You can't enter the VAT number yourself. We add it during billing setup. To add or change it, send us a message in the chat with:

  • Your company name

  • Your legal company name and address as they should appear on invoices

  • Your VAT number

Which currencies can you invoice in?

We invoice in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or British pounds (GBP). The currency is set for your subscription.

To switch to another of these currencies, send us a message in the chat with your company name and the currency you want. We update it in your billing setup. Whether and when we can switch depends on your contract.

How do I change the billing address?

  1. Click your name at the bottom left, then Subscriptions.

  2. Click Change subscription.

  3. In the billing window, open the billing address section, enter the new address and save.

Pro tip: Send the VAT number together with the company name and address exactly as they should appear on the invoice. We can then update everything at once.
