Admins and Owners set company-wide defaults for Candidate Search AI in Settings → Candidate search → General.

Members don't see the Candidate search settings page. Every user can set a personal job description default under Your account → Search preferences.
How do I open the Candidate search settings?
Change the setting you need. The change applies to your whole company.
What can I set in Candidate search → General?

The Bullhorn settings only apply if Bullhorn is connected.
Can users change the job description setting for themselves?
Users can override Job description used for AI Search in two ways:
Their own default: in Your account → Search preferences, under Job description used for AI Search. Use my company's setting keeps the company default and shows which one it is, for example "Your company uses Both descriptions".
For one search: when a search starts from a Bullhorn job, the user can pick another description and click Re-run with this. The new search takes about 20 seconds and keeps hidden candidates hidden.
Which Bullhorn options are there for Candidate Search AI?
An admin turns these on in Settings → Integrations → Bullhorn, under the Candidate Search settings:

How do I check a setting took effect?
Run a new Candidate Search AI search. For Bullhorn filterable fields, click Add Filter under Bullhorn filters and check the field list. For Bullhorn Metadata Configuration, open a Bullhorn candidate's profile and check the BULLHORN CANDIDATE METADATA section.
