Hide or show data for one candidate

Change what clients see for one candidate, different from the rest of the list. For example, show the full name of one candidate who agreed to it.

Who can do this: anyone who can edit the list.

Change what clients see for one candidate, different from the rest of the list. For example, show the full name of one candidate who agreed to it.

Steps

  1. Open the list and click Edit on the candidate.

  2. At the top of the preview, click Control candidate data.

  3. Change the settings: Primary name, Secondary name, Original CV / Resume, Candidate location, Employer name, Work location, Job description, Institution / School. The preview on the left updates.

  4. Click Update candidate.

Check the original CV

The toggle next to Control candidate data (Show original CV / Resume) switches the preview to the uploaded CV. Use it to check what's in the file before you let clients see it.

Good to know

  • These settings override the list's Candidate data control for this candidate only.

  • Changing the list settings later with Apply to all existing candidates on this list applies them to this candidate too. Set it again afterwards if needed.
