Who can do this: Owners, Admins and Members.
Before you start: The job needs to be linked to a Bullhorn job order, and the Bullhorn connection needs to be on.
With Auto push on, each confirmed applicant goes to Bullhorn on its own (see Connect Bullhorn to your Job Board). You can also push one applicant at a time.
Push an applicant by hand
Open the applicant and scroll to Bullhorn.
Click Push to Bullhorn.
Check what the dialog says will happen, then click Push to Bullhorn.
You see Pushed to Bullhorn, and the applicant shows Submitted to Bullhorn on and the date.
What happens in Bullhorn
The first push creates the candidate in Bullhorn, or finds them by email.
It adds a submission to the job order. With Default submission status left empty, the applicant shows as a web response on the job order (Bullhorn's status New Lead). If you picked a status, the submission gets that status instead.
Client submission lists aren't touched.
The resume file is attached every time. A new candidate also gets the resume text and the details read from the resume. For a candidate already in Bullhorn, the form's settings under When the applicant already exists in Bullhorn decide what the new resume changes. Other answers go only if their question is mapped in the form's Bullhorn field mapping.
Links you share with a utm_source tag, for example on a job ad, are recorded as the applicant's source and can go to Bullhorn as the submission source.
Push again
If someone was sent before, the button says Push again. That updates the candidate and doesn't create a second submission. The dialog says what will happen before you confirm.
Good to know
If Bullhorn rejects one answer, for example a number that's too large, the applicant is still sent without it. The Bullhorn section names the field that was left out.
The push also goes ahead when the resume can't be read.
Email is the match key and is never overwritten in Bullhorn.
If the form fills the candidate owner from a recruiter field on the job order and that recruiter isn't found in Bullhorn, the Bullhorn section on the applicant says so. It also says whether a fallback user was assigned instead.
