Who can do this: Owners and Admins on any list. Members on lists they own or are assigned to, and on lists owned by someone in their team.
Put your strongest candidates at the top of each stage, so your client sees them first.
Steps
Open the list. Candidates are grouped by stage.
Drag a candidate card up or down within its stage.
The new order saves when you drop the card. There's no save button.
What happens next
Your client sees the candidates in the new order the next time they open the list.
Good to know
To move a candidate to another stage, use the stage menu on the card. See Move a candidate to another stage (and whether the client is emailed).
Job submission lists don't have the sorting mode that marketing lists have.
