See what your client did on a list (Activity)

The Activity tab shows when your client contacts opened the list, which candidates they looked at and for how long.

Who can do this: Owners and Admins on any list. Members on lists they own or are assigned to, and on lists owned by someone in their team.

The Activity tab shows when your client contacts opened the list, which candidates they looked at and for how long.

See activity for the whole list

  1. Open the job submission list.

  2. Click the Activity tab.

The feed shows:

  • each client contact's views of the list and of single candidates, with when and how long they looked

  • when the list was shared, and with whom

  • list status changes (for example paused or active)

  • candidate status changes, like Draft, Ready, AE Rejected, Active or Inactive

Activity tab with list and candidate views per client contact

See activity for one candidate

Open the candidate and click the Activity tab in the candidate view. You see the client views (last viewed, time viewed, number of views) and the candidate's status changes. On the list, each card also shows Viewed [n] times.

Where to find requests and stage changes

Stage changes, CV requests, interview requests and declines don't show in Activity. You find them in the candidate's conversation in Messages, and on the list in the candidate's stage.

By email

When a client contact opens your list, the list's assignees get an email: "[Contact] just visited your list". You get at most one of these per contact per hour.

Good to know

  • Scheduled email notifications at the top of Activity shows emails waiting to go out to clients, like list updates and follow-ups.
