Who can do this: anyone who can edit the list.
Candidates already in Candidately can go onto a marketing list without a new upload.
From the list
Open the list.
Click Add candidate, then Add candidate from candidate database.
Search by name or email and click the candidate.
Under Select candidate profile, click Select next to the profile you want clients to see.
Candidately shows "Listing has been created" and the candidate appears on the list.
From Candidates or AI Search
Find the candidate under Candidates, for example with AI Search, and click View Profile.
Click Add to, then List.
In Add candidate to list, search for the marketing list and click it. Lists that already have the candidate say Already added.
Good to know
A candidate can have several profiles, for example one per role. Clients see the profile you pick.
The candidate starts as Draft or Active, depending on the list setting Candidate upload status.
