Result
Resumes you upload from now on use the new setting. With Only suggest skills to be added, the skills found are listed under "Suggested skills (found on CV/resume)" in the profile editor, and you pick the ones to add.
Change skills on one profile
Open the profile and click Edit.
Scroll to the skills section. Under Add skills (optional), click a suggested skill to add it, or type a skill in the field "Skill (ex: Data Analysis)".
For each skill you can pick the experience under Experience (optional), drag it into another order, or remove it with the red X.
Click Update profile.
Credits: Changing skills counts as an edit. The next export of that profile uses 1 credit.

For new resumes, set Skill experience information to Do not pre-fill years of experience. For a profile you already have, edit its skills in the profile editor.
Skills are missing from a new profile.
Check Candidate skills behavior. If it's set to Do not add or suggest any skills, no skills are added.
