Every search has its own link. Click Copy Search URL and keep the link to come back to the search later, or share it so a colleague opens exactly what you see: text, filters, brief, Bullhorn filters and refinements.
How do I share a search?
Click Copy Search URL at the top of the All candidates page. Its tooltip reads "Share your search results with colleagues". You see "Search URL copied to clipboard". Paste the link in Slack, Teams or email.

How do I reopen a past search?
Open the link you kept. It reopens that search.
An older search opens with the results as they were when you ran it. You see "These results were loaded from a saved search and may not reflect the latest candidate data." Click Refresh results to run it again on today's candidates.
How do I keep a search with a Bullhorn job?
Paste the search link into the job's notes in Bullhorn. Anyone picking up the role later starts from your refined search rather than from scratch.
Pro tip: Copy the link after you've refined the search, not before. The link keeps your filters, brief and refinements, so a colleague starts where you stopped.
