Every search has its own link. The link contains the full search: text, filters, brief, Bullhorn filters and refinements, so a colleague opens exactly what you see.

Click Copy Search URL (top right of the Candidates page). You'll see "Search URL copied to clipboard". Paste it in Slack, Teams, email or the Bullhorn job notes.
The recipient needs a Candidately login on the same account.
Reopen
Use the link you saved or your browser history. The URL looks like
app.candidate.ly/candidates?search_id=…Each refinement creates a new search ID, so you can go back to an earlier step by using an earlier link.
Keep a search with a role
Paste the Search URL into the job's notes in Bullhorn. Anyone picking up the role later starts from your refined search rather than from scratch.
