No. You can't export search results or shortlists to Excel or CSV, and you can't send an SMS or a bulk email from them. Instead, add candidates to a list or a shortlist, or, if you use Bullhorn, to a tearsheet or a Bullhorn job.
Who this is for: anyone using Candidate Search AI. Add to Tearsheet and Submit to Bullhorn job need Bullhorn.
What you can do instead
Add to List | Puts candidates on a Candidately list. |
Add to Shortlist | Keeps a working set of candidates for a role on the Candidate Shortlists page. |
Add to Tearsheet (Bullhorn only) | Adds candidates to an existing Bullhorn tearsheet, or to a new one with Create new. From there you can use Bullhorn's own tools on the tearsheet. |
Submit to Bullhorn job (Bullhorn only) | Submits candidates to a job in Bullhorn. |
Add several candidates at once
In your AI Search results, tick the checkbox next to each candidate.
Click Bulk actions.
Choose Add to List, Add to Shortlist or, with Bullhorn, Add to Tearsheet or Submit to Bullhorn job.
Pick the list, shortlist, tearsheet or job and confirm.
The candidates are added in one go.
Good to know
Without Bullhorn, you see three bulk actions: Add to Shortlist, Add to List and Hide from search.
