Select several result cards, click Bulk actions and pick what to do with all of them at once.
How do I select several candidates?
Hover a result card: a checkbox appears on its left. Tick the ones you want. A bar appears at the top: "N candidates selected", with a Bulk actions button and an x to clear the selection.

Which actions can I use?

Pick the action for all selected candidates. Bullhorn actions show only with Bullhorn connected.
Submit to Bullhorn job (Bullhorn only): pick the job and the submission status. All selected candidates are submitted.
Add to Tearsheet (Bullhorn only): pick an existing tearsheet in Bullhorn or click Create new.
Add to Shortlist: pick a Candidately shortlist.
Add to List: pick or create a Candidately list.
Hide from search: remove all selected candidates from this search.
Without Bullhorn, you see three actions: Add to Shortlist, Add to List and Hide from search.
How do I use bulk actions on a role?
Run and refine the search until the top 20 look right.
Select the ones worth a call, then Add to Shortlist.
After screening, select the confirmed ones, then Submit to Bullhorn job (or Add to List without Bullhorn).
Select the clear no's, then Hide from search, so the list stays clean for the next pass.
Good to know
Hidden candidates are hidden for this search and its refinements. They stay in your database and in other searches. You can hide up to 1,000 candidates per search.
Submissions and tearsheets are written to Bullhorn. Submissions use your Bullhorn statuses.
There's no export, SMS or bulk email from search results. See Can I export or message candidates from search results?
Pro tip: After each screening pass, select the clear no's and click Hide from search. They stay hidden through your refinements, so you only review new names.
