Adding a location
In the filter panel under Location, type a city, region, country, ZIP or address and pick it from the suggestions (they come from Google, so most spellings work). Add as many as you need: "Berlin, Germany" and "Hamburg, Germany" as two entries.
Each location gets its own card with a radius slider (up to 100). Set the radius to include candidates nearby. At 0 the label reads "Entire area": the whole city or region you named, no surrounding ring. Switch miles / km with the toggle next to the Location label. Click Apply Changes when done.
The AI also sets this for you when you write "Berlin or within 50 km" in the search bar.
How it is used
Filter: candidates whose location is outside all your areas are removed.
Ranking: closer and exact matches rank a bit higher.
Candidates without a usable location in Bullhorn can't be matched by distance. If you rely on location, keep addresses clean in Bullhorn.
Remote and relocation
Say it in the search bar or the brief: "remote in the UK", "open to relocation to Zurich". The AI treats it as context rather than a strict radius. To go strict, remove the location filter and use a Bullhorn filter on a country or work-authorisation field if you have one.
Not enough results?
Widen the radius
Add neighbouring cities, or the region instead of one town
Remove the location and mention it in the brief ("ideally in southern Germany") to keep it as a preference
