Every result card has the same four parts: the match score, the name with the Bullhorn ID, the AI summary, and the evaluations.
1. Match score
The number in the circle. It says how well this candidate fits this search. It is not a grade of the candidate in general: change the search and the scores change.
Green (roughly 80 and up): strong fit, meets the must-haves and most of the context
Yellow (roughly 60–79): good fit with gaps, read the evaluations
Orange (below 60): partial fit, usually one or more requirements missing
2. Name and Bullhorn ID
Click the name or View Profile to open the full profile on the right. The Bullhorn icon with the number is the Bullhorn candidate ID.
3. AI summary
Two or three lines on why this candidate was ranked here. Terms that match your search are bold. It also says plainly when something is missing ("German not listed").
4. Evaluations
A checklist of your requirements: green check = met, red x = not met or not confirmed. Hover any line to see the evidence pulled from the resume.
"Not confirmed" means the resume doesn't mention it. It doesn't mean the candidate lacks it. Worth a call if everything else fits.
Card actions
Top right of every card:
Hide from this search (crossed eye): removes the candidate from this result list only. They stay in your database and in other searches.
Add to shortlist (heart)
View Profile: opens the full profile panel on the right
Hover the card to reveal the checkbox on the left. Tick several candidates to use Bulk actions.
Candidate count
Top right of the results area: how many candidates passed your filters. If it says "No matching result found", one of your filters is too strict. See Troubleshooting: too few results.
