Every Candidate Search AI result card shows the relevance score, the candidate's name, the AI Summary, and a checklist of what matches your search and what's missing.

The card shows the relevance score, the name, the AI Summary and the checklist of matches and misses.
What does the relevance score mean?
The relevance score is the number from 0 to 100 in the circle on each Candidate Search AI result card. Hover it to see:
"Ranking aid, not a rating. Shows how strongly this profile matches your current search terms compared to other results. Read the profile before deciding."
The relevance score is recalculated for every search and only means something within that list. Change the search and the scores change.
A 60 on a broad search can be a stronger fit than an 85 on a narrow one.
The relevance score isn't a percentage of requirements met, and it isn't a judgement about the person.

What do the name and Bullhorn ID show?
Click the name or View Profile to open the full profile on the right. If the candidate came from Bullhorn, the Bullhorn icon with a number next to the name is the Bullhorn candidate ID.
What is the AI Summary?
The AI Summary is a short summary of how this candidate fits your Candidate Search AI search.
What do the green ticks and red crosses mean?
Under each AI Summary there's a short checklist:
Green ticks show what matches your search, for example "Java microservices at current employer". Hover an item to see the evidence from the resume.
Red crosses show what's missing or doesn't match, for example "No Google experience" or "Seniority title mismatch".
A red cross means the resume doesn't confirm that requirement. It doesn't always mean the candidate lacks it. Read the profile before deciding.
Green ticks and red crosses
Green ticks show what matches your search, red crosses what the resume does not confirm.
What do the card actions do?
At the top right of every Candidate Search AI result card:
Hide from this search (crossed eye): removes the candidate from this search and its refinements. They stay in your database and in other searches.
Add to shortlist (heart): adds the candidate to a shortlist.
View Profile: opens the full profile panel on the right.
Hover the card to show the checkbox on the left. Select several candidates to use Bulk actions.
How many candidates did my search find?
The count at the top right of the results area shows how many candidates passed your filters, for example "1,282 candidates". Large counts are approximate and show with a plus, for example 10,000+ candidates.
If you get no results or very few, one of your filters is probably too strict. See Troubleshooting: too few results.
Pro tip: Clear no's cluttering the list? Click Hide from this search on the card. They stay hidden through your refinements.
