Resend a list, message everyone or remove a client

Manage the client contacts you've shared a list with: send the invite again, write to all of them, or take someone off the list.

Who can do this: Owners and Admins on any list. Members on lists they own or are assigned to.

Manage the client contacts you've shared a list with: send the invite again, write to all of them, or take someone off the list.

See who has access

Open the list and click Share your list. Everyone you've shared the list with shows under People with access. A viewed badge shows who has opened it.

People with access with the viewed badge, bell and per-person menu

Resend the invite

  1. Under People with access, click ⋮ next to the contact.

  2. Click Resend invite.

The email editor opens with just this contact. Change the message if you like, then click Send. The contact gets the list email again.

Message everyone

  1. Under People with access, click Message everyone.

  2. The email editor opens with all contacts under "Message all recipients:". Pick one of your Email templates or write your message.

  3. Click Preview to check it, then Send.

Everyone gets it as an email with the link to the list, like the email you send when you share. To write about one candidate, use the Messenger on that candidate.

Change a contact's details or emails

  • View contact opens the contact's details.

  • Edit contact lets you change their name or company.

  • The bell next to the contact sets which emails they get: Subscribe to list updates & Automated follow-ups, Subscribe to list updates or Unsubscribe.

Remove a client from the list

  1. Under People with access, click ⋮ next to the contact.

  2. Click Remove recipient from list.

  3. You're asked "Are you sure you want to remove this person?" Click Remove person.

The person is taken out of all conversations and updates on this list. On an invite-only list they can't open it again once they're logged out: they see "The list you're trying to access is not available."

If you need to stop someone's access right away, set the list to Pause and contact us in the chat.

Good to know

  • To stop someone opening the list by its link, also check the List access setting. With ANYONE WITH THE LINK options, anyone who has the link can open it.

  • To close the list for everyone, pause or archive it.
