Who can do this: Owners and Admins on any list. Members on lists they own or are assigned to.
Copy your list's link and send it yourself, for example from your own email or in a message to your client.
Steps
Open the list and click Share your list.
In the List access box, check the access setting. It decides who can open the link.
Click Copy public list URL.
Paste the link wherever you want to send it.
Check what the client will see
Click Preview list in the same box, or More > Preview list on the list page. Use the bar at the top to switch between Email verified (logged in) and Email not verified (logged out), and between desktop and mobile.
What happens next
The person who opens the link sees the list according to your List access setting:
ANYONE WITH THE LINK options: anyone with the link can open it. Depending on the option, they confirm their email to see CVs.
LIST ACCESS RESTRICTED options: they confirm their email with a login link before they can open the list.
INVITE ONLY options: only contacts you shared the list with can open it. Use Share your list to add someone.
Good to know
Someone who opens the link sees "Please enter your email address to access the candidates.", enters their email and clicks the Confirm Email button in the email they get. After that they show under People with access, but they're not subscribed to list updates (Subscribe in their menu). To subscribe someone yourself, share the list with them by email.
Candidately files the person under a client company based on their email domain. If the domain belongs to another company in End clients, that company also shows in the list header. Remove the person from the list if they shouldn't be there.
On INVITE ONLY lists, a person you didn't share with can still ask for a login link, but then sees "The list you're trying to access is not available."
On a job submission list, everyone who opens the list sees each other's messages and requests. Only send the link to people at the same client.
The list has to be active. On a draft, paused or archived list, clients see "The list you're trying to access is not available."
