Map Bullhorn fields to Candidate.ly fields to automatically import data when adding candidates. You can map both Candidate fields and Job submission fields. Learn how to do it with our step-by-step guide below.

Setting up your Field mappings

Candidate and Job submission mappings are very easy to set up and both are done in the same way. We've created separate sections so you know which fields are coming over from your Bullhorn Candidate record and which ones are coming from the Bullhorn Job submission.

πŸ’‘Keep in mind: While you can map fields to some of the Candidately defaults (Like recruiter notes or salary ranges), we encourage you to click here and learn how to set up custom fields so you can map anything you may need!

Step 1

Go to Settings --> Bullhorn. Scroll down until you locate the Field Mappings section as shown below:

Step 2

Click the "Add new field" button you can now select a Bullhorn field from the dropdown and map it to a compatible Candidately default or custom field.

Step 3

According to your workflow needs, match all the desired Bullhorn candidate and job submission fields to Candidate.ly fields, as shown in the examples below.

Pro Tip πŸ’‘: Read our Help Center article to learn about mapping statuses in Candidate.ly to job submission statuses in Bullhorn.
