Map Bullhorn Candidate fields to Candidate.ly fields to automatically import data when creating candidates. Learn how to do it with our step-by-step guide below.

Setting up your Candidate Field Mappings

Candidate mappings are very easy to set up. While you can map fields to some of the Candidately default fields (such as recruiter notes or rate/compensation), we encourage you to click here and learn how are default fields pre-filled with data from the resume and Bullhorn candidate record and click here if you'd like to learn how to set up custom fields so you can map anything else you may need!

Step 1

Go to Settings --> Bullhorn. Scroll down until you locate the Field Mappings section as shown below:

Step 2

Click the "Add new field" button, select a Bullhorn field from the dropdown, and map it to a compatible Candidately default or custom field.

Step 3

According to your workflow needs, match all the desired Bullhorn candidate fields to Candidate.ly fields, as shown in the example below.
