Your clients can message you anytime via the live chat on each candidate profile. You will instantly receive a notification and can reply from within your Candidately account or via email.


In case your client closes their browser window before you sent your reply, the message will be automatically sent as an email to the client. This way you don't have to worry if your client is online to receive your replies and can simply continue the conversation via email.


To reply to your message your client can simply reply via email or go back to the browser and access the live chat.
