Candidate.ly's Live Chat

Your clients can message you anytime via the Live Chat on each candidate profile. You will instantly receive a notification and can reply from within your Candidate.ly account or via email.

In case your client closes their browser window before you send your reply, don't worry! Your messages will be automatically sent via email to them as well.

To reply to your message your client can simply reply via email or go back to the browser and access the live chat.

Messages tab

You can access your Messages tab at any time by clicking the corresponding button on your list. You can filter by “All messages” or “Unread messages” making it very easy to manage your chats with clients for any given candidate.

CC'd Emails on Messenger

As shown below, our messenger displays emails of CC'd individuals, ensuring you're fully aware of all the participants in your email threads, and guaranteeing full transparency.

Standalone Messenger

The Standalone Messenger provides users with a dedicated space to manage all their message threads, making communication with clients smoother and more efficient than ever before.
