Your clients can easily communicate, provide feedback, request interviews, or reject candidates at any time via the live messenger on each candidate profile. You will instantly see the message come in through the chat while logged in, and also receive email notifications that you can reply from.
In case your client closes their browser window before you sent your reply, the message will be automatically sent as an email to them. This way you don't have to worry if your client is online to receive your replies and can simply continue the conversation via email.
💡 Important: Messages will also show up as notes on Bullhorn, making it very easy to receive feedback and take action on it.
