If your agency uses Bullhorn, recruiters can post and manage Job Board listings without ever leaving a Bullhorn JobOrder.
Post a job from Bullhorn
Open any Job Order in Bullhorn and click the JOB BOARD tab, alongside Overview, Edit, Activity, Notes, Files, Submissions, and Candidately. It embeds a full Candidately job-posting form, pre-linked to that Job Order:
The job title pulls in from the Job Order automatically
Under Placement, choose which Board to post the job on, plus a category
Fill in the same sections as creating a job directly — description, place & work mode, employment, compensation, categorization, and people
Under Options, assign an application form preset for this job
A Bullhorn panel confirms the job is "Linked to Bullhorn JobOrder [ID]" and shows the client company
If a job already exists for that Job Order, the tab opens it in edit mode; if not, you'll see a blank "New job" form.
Import a job the other way
You can also start from Candidately: on your Job Board, click Create job and choose Search Bullhorn jobs to pull in an existing Job Order without opening Bullhorn at all. See Post a job for the full creation flow.
