The Theme editor is where you control the entire look of your public board — from your logo and colors down to the footer links. Open it from a board's settings page (click Theme editor), and it opens the live board with a Brand Settings panel on the right.
Your brand
Pick a preset theme to start from, or build your own. Set your agency name, logo, logo height, favicon, browser tab title, and font.
Colors, layout, and shapes
Colors — primary color, page background, header, accent bar, filters panel color, and button style (solid or gradient)
Shapes — round or square buttons, cards, and tags, plus a filters panel position (top, left, or right)
Page content
Top banner — banner image (plus a separate crop for mobile), a small line above the title, headline, subtitle, and an optional CTA button
Header navigation — add custom links to the board's header
Job list — the jobs section heading, the Apply button's label, and how many tags show on each job card
Footer — tagline, address, contact email/phone, up to 4 link columns, and copyright text
Board behavior and branding
Default sorting — choose how jobs are ordered on the board by default
Candidately branding — turn off "Powered by Candidately" if you want to remove it from your board's footer
Click Save when you're happy, or Preview to check first. Next, continue to Post a job.
