Head over to your Settings and click on Branding to add your custom branding.

Step 1

Start by entering a branding name, uploading a logo avatar, and selecting the company or brand name.

  • Logo: Minimum image dimensions: 260 (w) x 260 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB

Step 2

Add a Header and a Footer for your resumes:

  • Header image: Minimum image dimensions: 1604 (w) x 272 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB

  • Footer image: Minimum image dimensions: 1604 (w) x 136 (h) pixels. Max file size: 5 MB

Pro Tip πŸ’‘: We recommend using Canva https://www.canva.com/ for creating branding assets like logos, header, and footer images.

Important πŸ’‘: Certain use cases, such as VMS submissions, require unbranded resumes. To achieve this, simply create a branding and remove any company branding elements, such as the logo, header, and footer, and apply this branding when exporting your resumes. Click here to learn how to!

Step 3

Next, choose your resume layout for PDF exports between two design options: Regular or Compact. Select whether your resumes will display or hide candidate avatars, the company's logo, and icons. Lastly, set up your preferred start and end date format, and choose to show or hide job durations on your resumes.

Step 4

Fully customize your color codes to match your company's identity.
