Open your board as a candidate to test it: Settings → Jobs → Job boards → [your board] → Open public board.
The board
Your logo, banner and colours from the Theme editor.
A search box and a sort option (default set in the Theme editor).
Filters for location, category, work mode, employment type and shift pattern. A filter only shows when at least one live job has a value for it.
Job cards with the key details and an Apply button. Pinned jobs stay at the top.
The job page
Title, key details, posted date, and the full description with your board's job description footer.
A Compensation card. If the job has no compensation, it shows "Competitive – Final rate depends on experience".
Apply now, a bookmark button, and Ask AI. Ask AI opens the job in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Perplexity so the candidate can ask questions about it.

If the job is paused, closed or archived, the page shows "This job is no longer available".
Applying
The candidate uploads their CV (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB). Or they use the LinkedIn profile tab, which explains how to save a LinkedIn profile as a PDF and upload it.
They enter first name, last name and email, plus any other questions on the form.
They accept your Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and consent to data processing.
They click Submit application, land on a confirmation page, and get a confirmation email.
The candidate portal
Candidates click Sign in at the top of the board, enter their email, and get a sign-in link by email. No password needed.
In the portal they see every job they've applied to across your boards, with the status label you set.
